Our Mission
After thirty-five years in corporate life, I discovered that true wellbeing begins from the inside out.
At Believe in Wellness, we work with individuals, teams and organisations to reduce stress, build resilience and reconnect with what matters, through mindfulness, spiritual wellness and the Mind, Body, Spirit framework.
Whether you are an individual looking for more balance, a team navigating pressure, or an organisation ready to invest in its people, you are in the right place.
Meet John Quaid
I am John Quaid, Bespoke Wellness Consultant, mindfulness practitioner and Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine. I am also the author of the forthcoming book Keep Believing… The Best Is Yet to Come, publishing September 2026.
After thirty-five years in corporate life, including leadership roles at Dell Technologies and O2 Ireland, I left to do the work that had been quietly shaping everything for the past seven years. Everything I share comes from lived experience, not theory.
I work with people and organisations across Ireland, Europe and the United States, virtually and in person.
